Great Awakener is a live-first platform built around real-time classes, workshops, and experiences focused on spiritual growth, clarity, and alignment.

This is not a passive content library. The core of the experience happens live.


Getting Started

How do I join?

You can join directly at:
https://greatawakener.com

Select a membership plan and create your account.
Access begins immediately after signup.

Important:
Great Awakener memberships are separate from YouTube subscriptions or memberships.


Content & Experience

Is Great Awakener pre-recorded?

No. The platform is live-first.

Most sessions happen in real time.
Some events may include replays, depending on availability.


How do I know what’s live?

Offerings change frequently.

The most accurate source is always:

If it’s not listed there, it is not currently live.

You can also use the calendar on the site to see upcoming sessions.


What time zone are events in?

All events are listed in Eastern Time (ET).
Adjust based on your local time zone.


What if I miss a session?

If a replay is available, it will appear in the Videos section.

Replay availability depends on the specific event.


Are sessions interactive?

Most sessions include live teaching and energetic work.

Some may include interaction, but one-on-one engagement is not guaranteed.


Do I need prior experience?

No.

Sessions are designed to be accessible for beginners while still offering depth for more experienced members.


Is this a community space?

Yes.

Great Awakener is built around collective experience. While sessions are guided, participation and presence matter.

I can’t log in

Then check:

  • Spam

  • Promotions

  • Trash

Reset links expire after 6 hours.

Make sure you are using the same email used during signup.


My account shows “Free” or content is locked

This usually means you are logged in with the wrong email.

Try:

  • Logging out

  • Clearing cache or using a different browser

  • Logging back in with the email used at checkout


I didn’t receive the welcome email

Check:

  • Spam

  • Promotions

  • Trash

If needed, it can be resent.


Billing & Membership

Membership options

There is one membership with two payment options:

  • $39 per month

  • $350 per year

If pricing changes, existing members keep their current terms.


Was I charged twice?

This is usually:

  • A temporary authorization hold

  • The actual completed charge

The extra charge typically disappears within a few days.


When will I be charged again?

Your renewal date is based on your original signup date.
Billing follows that same cycle automatically.


Where can I see billing history?

All receipts and billing details are available in your account settings.


How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel?

You can manage your membership in your account settings.

  • Changes may apply immediately or at the next billing cycle

  • You can cancel anytime

  • Access remains active until the end of your billing period


Can I get a refund?

Refund eligibility depends on your membership type and timing.

Support will review your case and provide a clear answer.


Why am I seeing different prices?

Pricing may vary based on:

Regional & Technical

I’m in Europe — did something change?

No.

Your membership and pricing remain the same. Some banks may require additional verification for security.


Does this work on mobile?

Yes.

The platform is fully supported on mobile, tablet, and desktop.

MAX is currently in development and not publicly available.
