Reset your password, then check all inbox folders:

Promotions
Trash
Important:
Reset links expire after 6 hours
Make sure you are using the same email you signed up with
I Can’t Log In
Before assuming something is broken, check the basics:
Are you using the correct email?
Did you previously sign up with a different email (Apple login, Google login, etc.)?
Is your browser auto-filling the wrong credentials?
If needed:
Log out completely
Try again in an incognito/private window
Clear cache or switch browsers
I Forgot My Password
Use the reset link:
If the email doesn’t arrive:
Check spam and promotions
Wait a few minutes and try again
Make sure you entered the correct email
If you still don’t receive it, it usually means the account was created under a different email.
I Signed Up But Can’t Access Content
This is one of the most common situations.
In most cases, it comes down to one of the following:
You’re logged into the wrong email
Your payment didn’t fully complete
Your account hasn’t synced yet
What to do:
Log out
Log back in using the email from your receipt
Wait a few minutes if you just purchased
Try a different browser or device
My Account Shows “Free” or Inactive, But I Was Charged
This almost always means there’s a mismatch between your billing email and login email.
Common causes:
You purchased using a different email
Payment is still processing
Subscription is tied to another account
Steps:
Log out and log back in
Search your inbox for the receipt and confirm the email used
Try logging in with that email
If it still doesn’t match, contact support.
I Have Multiple Accounts
Accounts cannot be merged automatically.
If you need help, contact support and include:
Both email addresses
Which account you want to keep
We’ll review and handle it manually.
I Changed My Email and Now I Can’t Log In
First, try logging in with your original email.
If you no longer have access to it:
Contact support
Include your old email and your new email
I Signed Up Through YouTube
YouTube memberships do not automatically create a Great Awakener account.
To access the platform:
Create an account at https://greatawakener.com
Follow any instructions provided to link your membership (if applicable)
If you’re unsure, contact support.
I Didn’t Receive My Welcome Email
Check:
Spam
Promotions
Trash
If needed, it can be resent.
Additional Things to Check (Often Overlooked)
Before reaching out, quickly verify:
You’re not logged into multiple accounts at the same time
Your browser extensions aren’t interfering (try disabling them)
You’re not using an outdated saved password
Your internet connection is stable
The platform is not undergoing maintenance
