How do I know what’s currently live?

Offerings update regularly. Some experiences are ongoing, while others are scheduled or time-limited.

The most accurate and up-to-date source is:

If it’s not listed there, it is not currently live.


What time zone are events listed in?

All events are listed in Eastern Time (ET).
Please adjust based on your local time zone.


I have MAX but can't access the livestreams

Livestreams are included with Great Awakener Membership and Oracle Unlimited. If you're on a MAX-only plan (MAX Essential), you have unlimited MAX questions but not Great Awakener livestreams, classes, or community.

What if I miss a live class?

If a replay is available, it will be posted in the Videos section.

Replay availability varies by session. Not all events are recorded.


I don't see the replay of a session that just ended

Replays are usually available right away, but some can take 1–3 hours to finish uploading after a stream ends. If a session just wrapped, give it a little time and check the Videos section again. If a replay still isn't showing several hours later, email [email protected] and we'll check on it.


Where can I find class slide decks?

When a class includes slides, you can find them in the library:

Please note that not all sessions include slides or class materials.


Are classes interactive?

Most sessions include live teaching and energetic work.

Participation varies by event, and one-on-one interaction is not guaranteed.


Troubleshooting Livestream Issues

I can’t access or see the livestream

Please check:

  • You are logged into the correct account

  • Your membership includes livestreams — these come with Great Awakener Membership or Oracle Unlimited (MAX-only plans do not include livestreams)

  • The event is currently live

If it’s not listed on the livestream page, it has not started or is no longer live.


The video isn’t loading or is buffering

Try:

  • Refreshing the page

  • Reloading your browser

  • Switching to Chrome or Safari

  • Checking your internet connection


I can’t hear audio

Check:

  • Your device volume

  • That the video is not muted

  • Your browser permissions

If needed, try a different browser or device.
