Great Awakener Membership gives you all livestreams, classes, instructors, and the predictions community, plus MAX access at 3 questions per day (5 for founding members and everyone who joined before October 3, 2026). MAX Essential gives you unlimited MAX questions (100/day fair usage cap) on their own, without Great Awakener community access. Oracle Unlimited gives you both together: unlimited MAX questions (100/day fair usage cap), full Great Awakener access, a 10% merchandise discount, and Frequency One status. During the founders launch period, Oracle Unlimited annual plans also include MAX365, the personalized 365-day transit calendar (a $149 standalone value).

Frequency One is the highest tier of access on Great Awakener. Anyone who subscribes to Oracle Unlimited automatically becomes Frequency One. Benefits include unlimited MAX questions, full platform access, exclusive perks like early access to new features, first invitations to small-group events, Frequency One-only livestreams, and 10% off merchandise at thetarotship.store with code FREQUENCYONE (for Frequency One members). During the founders launch period, Oracle Unlimited annual subscribers also receive MAX365, the personalized 365-day transit calendar.

Yes. The free Karmic Explorer tier lets you try MAX for a 7-day trial once your account is confirmed: 10 questions a day for the first 3 days, then 1 a day for days 4-7, along with access to public content. As we shared in our newsletters, the free daily questions ended on Friday, October 9, 2026, and we're sorry if that's a change you were counting on. After the trial ends there are no free daily questions, so it's a way to fully experience MAX before subscribing — most people upgrade once they see what it can do with their full birth chart.

Our unlimited plans are unlimited for normal, everyday use, subject to a fair usage cap of 100 questions per day that guards against automated or unusually high-volume activity. Most members never come close to it. All daily allowances, including the fair usage cap, reset at midnight in your local time zone. Fair usage applies per our Terms and Conditions.

If the limit you're seeing doesn't match the plan you're paying for, please email [email protected] rather than assuming it's expected, and we'll check your account.

Annual saves you money versus paying monthly across a year, and your rate holds for the full 12-month term. Monthly is flexible but adds up over time. If you know you're staying, annual is the smarter math.

When you subscribe to an annual plan, your rate is locked in for your full 12-month term. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the term unless cancelled beforehand. You can turn off auto-renewal any time at greatawakener.com/profile, and your billing history and upcoming renewal date are always visible there.

We don't run a traditional time-limited free trial separate from the product, but the free Karmic Explorer tier gives you a 7-day trial of MAX once your account is confirmed (10 questions a day for days 1-3, then 1 a day for days 4-7) — a real way to experience the platform before subscribing.
