How to manage your subscription, cancel monthly or annual plans, and how refunds and renewals work.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time from your account.

  • Go to greatawakener.com/profile

  • This opens your secure billing portal, where you can update your payment method, view invoices, and manage auto-renewal

No phone calls or emails are required to cancel or to turn off auto-renewal — it's all self-serve online.


Canceling a Monthly Subscription

Month-to-month subscribers can cancel at any time:

  • Visit greatawakener.com/profile and open the billing portal

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current monthly billing period

  • You'll keep access until that period ends, and you won't be charged again

No partial-month credits or mid-cycle refunds are issued.


Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions run for the full 12-month term from your purchase date and are not cancelable mid-term. You can, however, turn off auto-renewal at any time:

  • Visit greatawakener.com/profile and turn off auto-renewal

  • Your access continues through the end of your paid 12-month term

  • Your subscription will not renew after that

No mid-term or partial-year refunds are issued.


Refunds

All sales are final. Subscriptions, courses, digital products, the 365-Day Transit Calendar, gift subscriptions, and other one-time purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

We know circumstances vary, so in exceptional cases — such as a billing error or a charge you didn't expect — we may offer a one-time goodwill credit at our discretion. To ask us to take a closer look:

  • Include the email address on your account so we can find your subscription quickly

  • Briefly describe what happened


Renewal Reminders

Before each renewal, we send an email letting you know the upcoming renewal date, the renewal price, and how to cancel or turn off auto-renewal online. If you'd like to make a change, you can always do it at greatawakener.com/profile.
