How much you can use MAX depends on your plan. Here's what each one includes:

All daily allowances reset at midnight in your local time zone. Prices shown are standard prices; launch and promotional pricing may be lower for a limited time.

MAX Essential and Oracle Unlimited are unlimited for normal, everyday use. To keep MAX fast and reliable for everyone, these plans are subject to a fair usage cap of 100 questions per day, which guards against automated or unusually high-volume activity well beyond typical personal use. The vast majority of members never come close to this. The fair usage counter resets at midnight in your local time zone.

This applies per our Terms and Conditions.

Also worth knowing: every message you send counts as one question, even inside a single ongoing conversation. If you're chatting back and forth on one topic, each message you send is a separate question toward your daily count.

If the daily limit you're seeing doesn't match the plan you're paying for, for example you're on Great Awakener but seeing the 100/day fair usage cap, or you're on an unlimited plan but being limited to 5 a day, please don't assume that's expected. Email [email protected] or ask for human support right here in the chat and tell us which plan you're on, and we'll check your account directly. 💫

Forecasting is a capability of MAX — how far ahead it can read your chart when you ask a question. It's not a document, download, or email. Just ask MAX in your Oracle chat and it reads your chart forward from today.

Not to be confused with MAX365, the 365-day transit calendar, described below — that's a separate calendar file, not the forecasting capability.

Every MAX question costs money to run, so Great Awakener membership includes a daily allowance at no extra cost: 3 MAX questions per day for members who joined on or after October 3, 2026, and 5 per day for founding members and everyone who joined earlier. If you'd like more, MAX Essential and Oracle Unlimited both offer unlimited questions (subject to the fair usage cap above).

If you've been with Great Awakener since the early or founding days, thank you — you mean a lot to us. Your Great Awakener membership keeps 5 MAX questions per day, even though members who join on or after October 3, 2026 now get 3. For unlimited MAX questions, MAX Essential or Oracle Unlimited are always available as an upgrade.

MAX365 is your personalized 365-day transit calendar, mapping the year ahead against your own chart. It's a calendar file you add to your own calendar app — separate from MAX's forecasting capability above. It's available two ways:

MAX365 is generated once, so it's best to make sure your birth details are correct before you create it. If you need help with your calendar, email [email protected].

Your MAX login is the same as your Great Awakener account — same email and password. There's no separate account to create. If you're a Great Awakener member, MAX access is already included with your membership.

If you've just upgraded and MAX still shows your old limits, try this first:
