What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe. International cards work wherever Stripe is supported. We don't currently accept PayPal, crypto, or bank transfer for subscriptions.
How to Update Your Payment Method
To change the card on file or fix an expired one:
Go to greatawakener.com/profile and open your billing portal
Select your payment method and add or update your card details
Save your changes
Your new card will be used for your next renewal. If you update it because a payment failed, you can also retry the payment from the same portal.
My Card Was Declined
Most declines are bank-side fraud holds — your bank flagging a new merchant. To resolve it:
Contact your bank to confirm the charge is legitimate, or
Try a different card by updating your payment method at greatawakener.com/profile
If you've confirmed with your bank and still can't complete checkout, email [email protected] and we'll help.
When Does My Subscription Renew?
Monthly subscriptions renew on the same date each month (or the nearest date in shorter months). Annual subscriptions renew on the same date each year. You can see your next renewal date anytime at greatawakener.com/profile, and we send a reminder email before each renewal.
I Need an Invoice or Receipt
Every payment automatically generates a receipt sent to the email on your account. You can also view your full billing history and download invoices from your billing portal at greatawakener.com/profile. For business invoicing needs, email [email protected].
