Go to maxoracle.ai and log in with your Great Awakener email and password — same account, no separate login. If your plan includes MAX, your access is already there.

Yes. They're separate apps but share one account. The same email and password work for both, and there's no separate MAX account to create.

Great Awakener membership includes a daily MAX allowance, since every question costs money to run: 3 questions per day for members who joined on or after October 3, 2026, and 5 per day for founding members and everyone who joined earlier. For unlimited questions, MAX Essential and Oracle Unlimited are both available.

Karmic Explorer (free): a 7-day trial once your account is confirmed, with 10 questions a day for days 1-3, then 1 a day for days 4-7. After the trial, there are no free daily questions: as we shared in our newsletters, they ended on Friday, October 9, 2026. Thank you for being here. Great Awakener Membership: 3 per day for members who joined on or after October 3, 2026; 5 per day for founding members and everyone who joined earlier. MAX Essential: unlimited (100/day fair usage cap). Oracle Unlimited: unlimited (100/day fair usage cap). All daily allowances reset at midnight in your local time zone. Yes. Every message you send counts as one question toward your daily allowance the moment you hit send, regardless of whether it's part of one long conversation or several separate ones. If you're going back and forth on the same topic, each message is still its own question. See our full article, "Why Did I Reach My Daily Limit?" for more detail.

Please don't assume that's expected — for example, being on Great Awakener but seeing a 100/day cap, or being on an unlimited plan but limited to 5 a day. Email [email protected] or ask for human support in the chat, tell us your plan, and we'll check your account directly.

5 MAX questions per day, even though members who join Great Awakener on or after October 3, 2026 now get 3. For unlimited, MAX Essential or Oracle Unlimited are available as an upgrade.

Great Awakener Membership ($350/year or $39/month) gives you full platform access: livestreams, classes, instructors, and the predictions community, plus 3 MAX questions per day (5 for founding members and everyone who joined before October 3, 2026). Livestreams are included.

MAX Essential ($279/year or $29/month) gives you unlimited MAX questions (100/day fair usage cap) and the full MAX Oracle experience on their own — it does not include Great Awakener livestreams or community. If you want both, Oracle Unlimited bundles everything.

Oracle Unlimited ($449/year or $45/month) is everything: unlimited MAX questions (100/day fair usage cap), full Great Awakener access (including all livestreams and community), Frequency One status with exclusive perks, a 10% merchandise discount, and MAX365 (the 365-day transit calendar) on the annual plan during the founders launch period.

Log out and back in so your account refreshes, make sure you're using the same email you used at checkout, and try a different browser or clear your cache. If your access still doesn't appear, email [email protected] or ask for human support in the chat, and we'll fix it.

Livestreams are included with Great Awakener Membership and Oracle Unlimited. MAX Essential includes unlimited MAX questions but not Great Awakener livestreams or community. To add them, upgrade anytime at greatawakener.com/become-member.

Go directly to greatawakener.com/subscription and follow the on-screen steps to cancel (monthly) or turn off auto-renewal (annual). You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No phone call or email needed.

Enter 6:00 AM (sunrise) so MAX can still build a full chart. Your planetary positions, signs, and major aspects stay accurate; your Rising sign and houses will be approximate until you confirm your exact time. Update it later on your chart page and everything recalculates.

Choose your city from the dropdown rather than typing it freehand. If your town or its state isn't listed, add a nearby larger city or the country to narrow it, or pick the closest nearby city — the chart will still be accurate. Still stuck? Email [email protected] with your birth city.

There's nothing to download or wait for — forecasting is a capability of MAX, not a document or email. It describes how far ahead MAX can read your chart: up to 6 months on the Karmic Explorer and Great Awakener plans, and up to 1 year on MAX Essential and Oracle Unlimited. Just ask MAX in your Oracle chat (for example, "What are my key dates for the next 3 months?") and it reads your chart forward from today. This is separate from MAX365, the 365-day transit calendar below.

MAX365 is your personalized 365-day transit calendar — a calendar file you add to your own calendar app, separate from MAX's forecasting capability above. It's $149 on its own, or included with the Oracle Unlimited annual plan during the founders launch period. It's generated once, so confirm your birth details first.
