How do I access MAX?
Go to maxoracle.ai and log in with your Great Awakener email and password — same account, no separate login. If your plan includes MAX, your access is already there.
Do MAX and Great Awakener use the same login?
Yes. They're separate apps but share one account. The same email and password work for both, and there's no separate MAX account to create.
Why do I only get 5 MAX questions a day?
Great Awakener members get 5 MAX questions per day as part of membership. During the pre-Beta promotion that started in November 2025, members had 10 free questions a day while Jimmy personally absorbed the full cost of running MAX. As MAX moves past that early period, he's glad to keep covering 5 free questions a day for members. For unlimited questions, MAX Essential and Oracle Unlimited are both available.
How many MAX questions does each plan get?
Free (Karmic Explorer): 3 per day for your first 7 days, then 1 per day. Great Awakener Membership: 5 per day. MAX Essential: unlimited. Oracle Unlimited: unlimited.
I'm a legacy/founding member — how many questions do I get?
5 MAX questions per day, the same as all Great Awakener members. The earlier 10-per-day promotion has ended. For unlimited, Oracle Unlimited is available as an upgrade.
What does Great Awakener Membership include?
Great Awakener Membership gives you full platform access: livestreams, classes, instructors, and the predictions community, plus 5 MAX questions per day. Livestreams are included.
What does Oracle Unlimited include?
Oracle Unlimited is everything: unlimited MAX questions, full Great Awakener access (including all livestreams and community), Frequency One status with exclusive perks, a 10% merchandise discount, and MAX365 (the 365-day transit calendar) on the annual plan during the founders launch period.
I paid/upgraded but don't see my access.
Log out and back in so your account refreshes, make sure you're using the same email you used at checkout, and try a different browser or clear your cache. If your access still doesn't appear, email [email protected] or ask for human support in the chat, and we'll fix it.
I have MAX but can't access the livestreams.
Livestreams are included with Great Awakener Membership and Oracle Unlimited. A MAX-only plan (MAX Essential) includes unlimited MAX questions but not Great Awakener livestreams or community. To add them, upgrade anytime at greatawakener.com/become-member.
How do I cancel?
Go to greatawakener.com/profile to open your billing portal, then cancel (monthly) or turn off auto-renewal (annual). You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No phone call or email needed.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final and subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, email [email protected] and we'll review it personally.
What does MAX cost?
There are three paid tiers (Great Awakener Membership, MAX Essential, Oracle Unlimited) plus a free Karmic Explorer tier, with discounted launch pricing for a limited time. For current pricing, see our Pricing & Plans article.
What's the difference between the plans?
MAX Essential is unlimited MAX questions only — it does not include Great Awakener livestreams or community. Great Awakener Membership is full community, livestreams, and platform access plus 5 MAX questions a day. Oracle Unlimited is everything — unlimited MAX, full access including livestreams, and Frequency One status.
I don't know my birth time.
Enter 6:00 AM (sunrise) so MAX can still build a full chart. Your planetary positions, signs, and major aspects stay accurate; your Rising sign and houses will be approximate until you confirm your exact time. Update it later on your chart page and everything recalculates.
My birth city or state won't show up.
Choose your city from the dropdown rather than typing it freehand. If your town or its state isn't listed, add a nearby larger city or the country to narrow it, or pick the closest nearby city — the chart will still be accurate. Still stuck? Email [email protected] with your birth city.
What is MAX365?
MAX365 is your personalized 365-day transit calendar. It's $149 on its own, or included with the Oracle Unlimited annual plan during the founders launch period. It's generated once, so confirm your birth details first. If your calendar fails to generate or download, email [email protected] or ask for human support in the chat and we'll help.
How do I install the app?
Follow the steps at greatawakener.com/install — it takes about 10 seconds. Great Awakener and MAX are separate apps with the same install steps; start from greatawakener.com or maxoracle.ai.
How do I gift a subscription?
Go to greatawakener.com/gift, choose a tier, and enter the recipient's details. Gifts are annual and the recipient gets a full 12 months. See our Gifting a Subscription article for details.
Where do I find class slide decks?
When a class includes slides, they're in the library at greatawakener.com/library. Not all sessions include slides.
Can MAX answer non-astrology questions?
Yes. MAX has the same broad knowledge as other AI assistants and can pull real-world news and current information — use it for everyday questions too. What makes it different is that it can blend practical answers with your chart.
