Managing Your Emails & Notifications

Here's how to control what we send you and what to do if emails aren't arriving.


I'm Not Receiving Emails

If you're missing receipts, password resets, or newsletters:

  • Check your Spam, Promotions, and Trash folders

  • Add [email protected] to your contacts so future emails land in your inbox

  • Make sure you're checking the same email you used to sign up

If you still don't see them, email [email protected] and we'll look into it.


Unsubscribing from Newsletters

Every newsletter and marketing email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom — click it to stop those emails. You'll still receive essential account emails like receipts, password resets, and renewal notices, since those are tied to your subscription rather than marketing.


I'm Getting Too Many (or Too Few) Emails

If you'd like to adjust what you receive, use the unsubscribe or preferences link at the bottom of any newsletter. If you've unsubscribed but want to start receiving newsletters again, email [email protected] and we'll re-add you.


Livestream & App Notifications

Reminders before livestreams come through the app, not email. If you've installed the Great Awakener app and allowed notifications, you'll get those reminders. You can turn them on or off anytime in your device's notification settings. See our app install guide for setup.
