What to do if MAX, the calendar, or the platform isn't working, and how we handle service issues during the launch period.

If something isn't working — MAX won't respond, you're seeing errors, or a feature seems down — this page explains what to do.


What to Do If You Hit an Error

If you experience any of the following, please reach out so we can help and make sure it's resolved:

  • MAX isn't responding, or shows an error like a message about "cosmic interference" or being unable to process your question

  • Your messages to MAX aren't sending or aren't getting a reply

  • MAX365 (your transit calendar) won't generate, complete, or download

  • A page won't load, times out, or shows a connection error

You can reach us two ways:

  • Email [email protected] with your account email and a short description (a screenshot helps), or

  • Ask for human support right here in the chat

We'll look into it and get back to you within 24 hours.


If MAX Is Slow or a Response Doesn't Come Through

If a response is slow or doesn't appear, please try your question once more. If it still doesn't come through, reach out and we'll look into it — email [email protected] or ask for human support in the chat. If a question seemed to count against your daily total but you didn't get an answer, let us know and we'll review it for you.


Important: Don't Keep Retrying MAX365

If your transit calendar fails to generate, please don't try to regenerate it repeatedly. MAX365 is designed to generate once, and we want to make sure yours comes out complete rather than locking in an incomplete version. Reach out and we'll make sure it generates correctly for you.


Quick Things to Try First

For general loading, login, or display issues (not the MAX/calendar errors above), these often help:

  • Log out and back in (this also refreshes your account if you've just upgraded or paid)

  • Refresh the page

  • Try a different browser or device

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies

  • Check your internet connection
