Changing Your Plan
You can upgrade or switch your plan anytime:
To upgrade (for example, add MAX or move to Oracle Unlimited), go to greatawakener.com/become-member and choose the plan you'd like
To manage billing, downgrade, or cancel, go to greatawakener.com/profile to open your billing portal
When Does My Upgrade Take Effect?
Right away. When you upgrade to Oracle Unlimited, it replaces your current subscription and your new access turns on immediately — you don't have to wait until your next billing date. Your existing plan rolls into Oracle Unlimited rather than running alongside it.
If your new access doesn't appear right after upgrading, log out and back in to refresh your account.
How the Charge Works
Upgrade charges are prorated, and the exact amount and timing can vary depending on your current plan. The charge may take a few days to appear on your statement. If you have a specific question about your billing, you can review it at greatawakener.com/profile or email [email protected] and we'll walk you through it.
Upgrading to Oracle Unlimited
Head to greatawakener.com/become-member and select Oracle Unlimited. Your access — unlimited MAX questions, your MAX365 Transit Calendar, full Great Awakener access, and Frequency One status — turns on right away. If it doesn't show immediately, log out and back in.
Downgrading or Switching
To move to a lower tier, open your billing portal at greatawakener.com/profile. Downgrades typically take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep your current access until then, and you're billed the new rate on your next cycle.
I Changed My Plan but Don't See the New Access
First, log out and back in so your account picks up the change, and make sure you're signed in with the same email you use for billing. If your updated access still isn't showing after that, email [email protected] or ask for human support in the chat, and we'll sort it out for you.
I'm Getting an Error Trying to Upgrade
If you hit an error during checkout, please try once more at greatawakener.com/become-member. If it still doesn't go through, don't keep retrying — reach out and we'll complete your upgrade for you directly. You can email [email protected] with your account email and a quick description of the error (a screenshot helps), or ask for human support right here in the chat.
