What Is MAX365?
MAX365 is your personalized 365-day transit calendar — a full year of your astrological events, mapped to your own birth chart, that you can add right to the calendar app you already use. ✨ It's like having the year ahead gently laid out for you, transit by transit.
It includes your major sky-to-natal aspects, lunations (full moons, new moons, eclipses, and quarter moons), retrograde periods, rare alignments, and a personalized interpretation for each event — often 1,000–2,000 events across the year, all unique to your chart.
How to Get MAX365
Included free with the Oracle Unlimited annual plan during the founders launch period
Or available as a standalone product for $149 on any plan
Generating Your Calendar
Once you have access, you can generate MAX365 from your dashboard. Before you do, take a moment to double-check your birth details are correct.
Important: MAX365 is generated once, so it's important your birth date, time, and location are accurate before you create it. If something needs correcting after generating, email [email protected] and we'll help.
When Will My Calendar Be Ready?
After you generate MAX365, it isn't always instant — generation can take a few hours depending on demand. When it's complete, we'll email it to you with the calendar file attached.
You can also download it anytime from your Personal Portal. Your calendar comes as a file that ends in .ics — that's the standard calendar format, and it works with Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, and most other calendar apps.
Step 1: Save Your Calendar File
When MAX365 is ready, download the file (it ends in .ics) from the email we send you or from your Personal Portal. Save it somewhere easy to find, like your Desktop or Downloads folder. Then follow the steps below for the calendar you use.
Adding It to Apple Calendar (iPhone, iPad, or Mac)
On iPhone or iPad:
Open the email on your device and tap the .ics attachment
Tap Add All when prompted
Your events will sync across all your Apple devices
On Mac: Double-click the .ics file (or drag it into the Calendar app), choose which calendar to add the events to, and confirm.
Adding It to Google Calendar
This works best on a computer:
Open Google Calendar in your web browser
Click the gear icon (Settings) in the top right, then click Settings
On the left, click Import & export
Click Select file from your computer, choose your .ics file, pick which calendar to add it to, then click Import
Adding It to Outlook
On the desktop version of Outlook:
Open Outlook and click File in the top-left corner
Click Open & Export, then Import/Export
Choose Import an iCalendar (.ics) or vCalendar file, then click Next
Find and select your .ics file, and when Outlook asks, choose Import
If you use Outlook on the web (Outlook.com), open your calendar, click Add calendar, then Upload from file, and select your .ics file. If you can't find these options, just email us and we'll walk you through it.
Once It's Added
Your transit events will appear right in your calendar, each with a descriptive title (like "Transiting Mercury Trine Natal Saturn") and a personalized interpretation of what that transit means for you. That's it — your year ahead, mapped to your chart. ✨
I Didn't Get the Email or Don't See the Download Option
If your calendar has finished generating but you didn't receive the email, or you don't see the option to download it from your Personal Portal, please reach out — email [email protected] or ask for human support right here in the chat, and we'll get your calendar to you.
My Calendar Times Look Off
This is almost always a timezone setting. MAX365 generates events in your account's timezone, so make sure your account timezone and your device's timezone match, then add the file again. If it still looks off, email [email protected] and we'll help.
My Calendar Won't Generate
If generation fails, please don't keep retrying — since MAX365 generates once, we want to make sure yours comes out complete. Reach out and we'll get it sorted for you: email [email protected] with your account email, or ask for human support right here in the chat.
Still Need Help?
