Your Privacy on MAX

We take the privacy of your conversations seriously. This article explains, in plain terms, how your data is handled and the principles we follow. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Your Conversations Are Private to You

Your conversations with MAX belong to you. We do not monitor or read individual members' private conversations, and your questions are never published or shared in a way that identifies you.

How Your Data Is Protected

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, and access to systems containing member data is restricted to authorized personnel for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the service. For full details on how we store and protect data, see our Privacy Policy.

How We Use Data to Improve MAX

To make MAX more accurate and helpful, we analyze aggregated, de-identified usage patterns — for example, the general types of questions people ask or where the experience can be improved. This analysis does not involve reading or attributing individual conversations to specific members.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

We never sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform (such as payment processing, hosting, and email delivery), and only to the extent needed to provide the service. These providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Examples We Share Publicly

When we describe the kinds of questions people explore with MAX — in emails, on social media, or elsewhere — those examples are illustrative or generalized to demonstrate the product's capabilities. They are not individual members' private conversations presented as their own.

Your Choices and Questions

You can review our full Privacy Policy at any time. If you have questions about how your data is collected, used, or stored, or wish to exercise your privacy rights, contact us at [email protected] and we'll be glad to help.
