Store Credit & Upgrades

This article explains what happens to a separate purchase when you later upgrade to a plan that already includes it, and how store credit can work as a goodwill option.

If You Upgrade to a Plan That Includes Something You Already Bought

Sometimes you might buy a feature on its own (for example, the MAX365 Transit Calendar) and later upgrade to a plan or bundle that already includes it (for example, Oracle Unlimited). When that happens, your earlier separate purchase is non-refundable, and upgrades don't automatically refund or prorate a prior purchase.

Store Credit as a Goodwill Option

We don't want you to feel shortchanged. In situations like the one above, we may — as a courtesy and at our discretion — offer store credit in place of a refund, equal to the eligible amount. Store credit can be:

  • Redeemed in our merchandise store

  • Applied toward a gift membership

Store credit has no cash value, can't be exchanged for cash, and is non-transferable except when applied to a gift. We can also provide it as a simple gift card code you enter at checkout.

Gifts

Gift purchases are non-refundable and can't be redeemed for cash.

How to Request Store Credit

If you think you're eligible for store credit — or you have any billing concern — please contact us at [email protected] before disputing a charge. We'll review your account and work with you to make it right.
