Deleting Your Account

How to permanently delete your account yourself, what happens to an active membership, and what is deleted versus kept.

Written by Leo Rehbein

You can delete your Great Awakener account yourself, at any time, without emailing us first.

How to Delete Your Account

Go to greatawakener.com/profile/delete-account and sign in. You'll be asked why you're leaving, and then to type DELETE MY ACCOUNT to confirm.

Nothing is deleted until you type that confirmation. If you don't have a paid membership, your account is then erased right away. If you do, see below.

If You Only Want to Stop Being Charged

Cancelling does that on its own, and you keep your account, your chart, and everything you've written. Go to greatawakener.com/subscription instead.

If You Only Want Your MAX Conversations Gone

You don't have to delete your account for that. On maxoracle.ai, open Account, scroll to Security, and tap Erase my data: it removes every conversation, your attached files, and your birth details, and keeps your account and plan. It can't be undone. To delete one chat at a time, with Undo, see Deleting Your Chats. For all the options side by side, see Deleting a Chat, Erasing Your Data, or Deleting Your Account.

If You Have an Active Membership

Your paid time is yours. Deleting your account:

  • Cancels your membership, so you won't be charged again

  • Keeps your access until the end of the period you've already paid for

  • Deletes nothing until that date arrives

If you change your mind before that date, email [email protected] and we can stop it.

What Is Deleted, and What Isn't

  • Deleted for good: your profile, MAX chats, birth chart, and activity

  • Kept, but no longer under your name: your community posts, so conversations other members are part of aren't broken up

  • Kept as the law requires: invoices and payment records, no longer linked to your account

You'll also be signed out on all devices.

This Can't Be Undone

Once your account is erased we can't recover it, and nothing in it can be brought back. If you're unsure, cancel instead — deleting will still be there later.
