You can delete any chat from your list, and undo it straight away if you change your mind.
How to Delete a Chat
Find the chat in your sidebar. On a computer, hover over it — on a phone the buttons are already there.
Tap the bin icon. You'll see Chat deleted with an Undo button.
Changed Your Mind?
Tap Undo on that message and the chat comes straight back.
If the message has already disappeared, email [email protected]. Deleted chats are hidden rather than destroyed, so we can usually bring one back.
Renaming a Chat
Tap the pencil icon next to a chat to give it a name of your own.
Erasing Everything, Permanently
Deleting a chat only hides it. If you want every conversation gone for good, go to maxoracle.ai/settings/erase-data and type ERASE MY DATA to confirm.
That one can't be undone, and we can't restore it for you afterwards. Your account, your membership and your birth chart stay exactly as they are — MAX just won't remember anything you've asked.
